Top Gear shown on BBC 2 - 11 July 2010, compared the three four door supercar models.  Maserati Quattroporte Sport, Porsche Panamera Turbo and the Aston Martin Rapide.  

Of the three cars, the Porsche with the biggest engine was the quickest in a straight line, with the Maserati and Aston Martin not much between them.  The Top Gear team used

a business park to try out the three cars, the Maserati had the best noise, has more internal space than the other two.

For the first time of British TV, a Maserati Quattroporte was shown as a wedding car.  In was an easy choice for the chauffeurs, as the Maserati has easily more rear room in

every direction.

As usual at the end of the programme, the Top Gear team were asked to pick their favourite, you guessed it, all three went for the Maserati.

In the Maserati, however, there was space behind Nigel for our green-room director, Philippa, who’s so tall she’s actually measured in hands.

All that matters is that you are comfortable and that, when you arrive, you are stepping out of one of the coolest cars ever made. Don’t believe me? Well, try saying this and see how it sounds: “Shall we take the Maserati tonight, darling?” Has a ring, doesn’t it?

My advice, then, is simple. If you want to drive yourself, then, sure, go for a Rapide or, if you are impervious to design abomination, a Panamera. But if you want to be driven, then the Maserati Quattroporte ticks all the boxes that matter. And several that don’t.

Quattroporte, remember, means four-door. This, then, is a car that does, quite literally, what it says on the tin.

What is involved with Wedding Transport ?.  Your wedding transport should be something you would not expect to find in

your neighbours' drive.  So whether it is new style Bentley or a 1930' Rolls Royce, the car has to make a statement.  All

wedding cars will turn up gleaming, the owners take so much time and effort to looking after their cars.  Flowers and Ribbons

are usually included in prices quoted, but champagne is not always included.

Variations in service, can be whether companies do more than one wedding in s day for each car, perhaps a limit on miles, or

time, ie no time for photographs.  Refundable deposits, although rare, do exist.  Don't count on the roof on a car being down

as the weather is not always kind, even in July.
